Hard of hearing?

SMS text messaging is available for use by hard of hearing or speech-impaired customers in a breakdown situation by using 07860 027 999.

If you are hard of hearing or speech-impaired, you can also contact us by textphone by prefixing any of our published numbers with 18001. This will put you through to a Next Generation Text (NGT) operator who will help with your call. There is also a NGT app for smartphones, tablets and computers.


Outbound telephone calls

We make outbound telephone calls for a number of reasons relating to our many products, including breakdown cover and insurance. We are fully committed to the regulations set out by OfCom and follow strict processes to ensure we comply with them.

Our phone numbers are changing

We are changing some of our charged phone numbers (beginning 084 and 087) to standard geographic rate numbers (beginning 03). Where we continue to use charged numbers, we will display the cost. These numbers will also carry your phone company's access charge.

 

Note that since 1 July 2015 mobile calls to 0800 numbers are free.
